I just looked on Ebay and it looks like some Vonage adapters can take 240V AC 50 cycle It still needs to plug into the wall with outlets used in other parts of the world.
Get a travel voltage adapter search for "foreign voltage adapter" on whatever search you use or Ebay, Newegg, Bestbuy, etc
