I have been a bit harsh on some of you lately. You know who you are. I have to say that I apologize for my crude words. It is not my place to comment the way I did, several times, regardless of the topic character. If you can forgive me, I appreciate it. If not, I tried.
I would like to explain myself if you are willing to read on. I enjoy Vonage and the service that it supplies. I especially like this forum. I see it as a friendly place to ask assistance for a problem. Likewise, a place solve a problem or offer a suggestion. Most of all I like the intellectual exchange of ideas and information. When I see that system abused I have a marked propensity to bring out the sarcasm in retort. This does not help matters. I will control it.
There are some unusually strange problems presented at this forum at times. Many of them are legitimate problems that if they cannot be resolved here require Technical Support. Others are self induced. Sorry, that is the way it is. To respond to a temporary problem (all problems are temporary) in no less than a perverse and irate manner is inexcusable. A solution to a problem will not be found by an unfair verbal attack on people who cannot defend themselves. Still your problem will not be solved in this manner. There are prescribed channels in which assistance will be found. Patience is required. If you have chosen to cancel your service, just do it. We don't need a 500 word dissertation on it.
