unbelievable. As we speak i am having problems with my fax line......again. so far i have been on hold for 20 minutes, I am so mad i want to scream right now. why offer a service that doesnt work?

better yet, offer a **** service, then rape you for 40bucks to try to give it back

Success!

On the evening of Feb 7 I connected with a tech service rep who corrected the mac address of my Linksys WRT54GP2. On Feb 9 about 11:30pm, the change took place and my system is working. Very Happy

I am now a happy camper again. Looking forward to the 10th.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has gotten poor service from E-Mail and phone. I sent an E-Mail about my hold time and how I got hung up on.
Hold 1 hour they hung up or something hold 1 hour gave up

Told them why i was calling what I wanted to know and I still haven't heard back. This was 3 weeks ago. I am really looking at packet 8 or sunrocket or someone else.

I really think that we should all just switch providers. To be honset other providers off more then Vonage. One provider for the base fee was unlimited calls a month with a main line and a virtual that by default had a distive ring and 2 voice mail mail boxes. Plus the anonymous call regegect. I'm so tempted.

Hey, does anyone know if anyone from Vonage either from the Very TOP to the very bottom look at these forums? Either offically or unoffical capcity. It would be a great QI/QA

I've seen it. But wasn't sure how legit it was. Are they really reps or are they people who just post alot and it's a way the forum says they post alot. I know back in the day of BBS' things like that were done and just cause it sounded like a are postion doesn't mean it was.

Heck I'm a Junior Voip Guru. But I have no formal schooling in the subject Smile

Either way this is a good place for customers to get together and vent and maybe do something about it. I'm glad vonage-forum is around no matter if your a newbie or a Guru or rep or something with 0 stars or a million.

They are legit. They do not get the recognition on this forum until I have checked them out and confirmed that they are in fact Vonage employees.
