It's been way over 20 business days now. The letter of Auth was received by Vonage on 1/4/05. How long should I expect to wait???? |

Sadly, I think the Executive Response Team has become swamped. I'm seeing fairly quick responses acknowledging they received the request and apologize for the problems.... but then I never hear from them again.
I've contacted them twice now about problems. Once was about my LNP from Verizon which is still pending from November-- and that's after I contacted dslreports@vonage.com, who responded saying they'd have someone get in touch with me within a day. When 2+ weeks went by without the promised response, I contacted the Exec team. The second time was about another long-term problem where 2 different reps promised they'd handle the issue but never did, and I used that opportunity to remind them again about the LNP. They promised to get right back in touch with me with the status.
That was 6 days ago. Still waiting.

After two months I gave up and had them make my temporary number my permanent one. That's after 4 faxes of the LOA, and many, many phone calls and E-Mails. |

Mine took a while but was worth the wait. With the new marketing campaign, I bet they have more than they can handle now. The Executive Response Team was helpful, but who knows how backed up ithey are now. |
