Why not allow multiple cell phone number registration? I think that is the common use case where a household has more than 1 member using Vonage for international calls. |

While this is a great new feature, why introduce this with so many obvious limitations.
1) Need to enter PIN - even the most basic calling card provider has done away with PINs if you provide the caller id of the phone you will call from. 2) Limitation on the number of phones to call from: Why not at least two. I have two cell phones at home that both need to use this service. 3) Speed dial lists - Why not provide a speed dial list on the server side so that I don't have to dial 15 digits every time I call - I frequently call the same four numbers internationally. I should be able to just pick the one I want by entering a single digit.
No real innovation, just catching up to every other calling card service provider. I am a long time customer, just barely satisfied with the service. |
