Post subject: Answer calls but nobody is there - intermittent!
Hi,
I'm having a few problems, sometimes when i answer a call there is nobody there. It happens several times a day. they call back straight away and the same thing happens again.
Adapter: VDV21-VU
Phone: Standard - tried 2 different ones
location: hull, united kingdom
calls coming from: uk, nation wide landlines and mobiles
router: linksys - rv082 10/100 8-port vpn router
modem: cisco systems - 800 series modem
switch: d-link web smart switch dgs-1210-24
ISP: Kingston Communications LTD
ISP Speed: 7.52 mbps Down / 0.83 Up
what we have tried:
Different wall ports
2 telephones
resetting the router / modem
resetting the adapter
