It will first determine if your number can be transferred. Then you put in your information (including your Vonage account number, etc) and it should start the process.

Thanks for your help. While sitting her I figured it out.
I found a box to check and it ask me for the transfer information then added the charge. Now the box is at the bottom of the dashboard saying awaiting my letter of auth.
If you send me a pm I might be able to find out the exact day in which your port is set to complete. Please include your account # and the number in which you are trying to port in. I am available Tues-Sat from 3:30pm-12:00am.
