My son is in the Army and has been in Afghanistan for 3 weeks and has not been able to call us on our home phone, which is through Vonage. I unblocked "unknown" caller feature tonight since his calls are labeled as "unknown" when he calls his girlfriend on her cell phone. Does anyone have any other advise since our Verizon cell phones do not ring in our century old home and he calls have been while we are sleeping in Missouri. We are wanting to resolve this so we can hear from our only child. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
