Vonage capital with NES for IPO or early profit-sharing?

I'm an investor who is very interested in investments in Vonage.com. I have read up on VoIP and Cisco and believe it the technology and its potential impact on the future. If anyone can give me more info. about being a venture capitalist or getting an early stock option for Vonage thatd be great.

Also, what do people know about an IPO? Id like to get in pre-IPO. But am interested in public stock too as I am not a venture capitalist would could contribute a huge sum ($200million from NES!) so public stock might be more realistic.

However, Id still be interested in getting pre-IPO shares as a private investor.

I sent them an email similar to this post. Hopefully they can give me insight.

So... thats why everyone is on this forum right? Because you think Vonage is GREAT!! Thats why I'm interested in investment opprotunities.

no we don't all sit around the forum fire holding hands and singing kumbaya. if you took two seconds to read the titles (not even the posts, just the subjects/titles of them) you would realize this.
what this forum is good for is helping people solve issues with their vonage service, as vonage is obviously overwhelmed during prime hours (all day) at tech support.
you also might want to read up on jeffrey citron and learn more about the president of the company you want to invest in, and why vonage won't be public as long as he's around.
