I'm getting exactly the same, as do other Vonage users I've spoken too. The odd thing is if you ring the same number back within a few minutes, it always seems to work!
I emailed this to Vonage support a couple of days ago, but haven't had an answer, if they do reply, I'll post it here...

They are not the quickest people i've ever known at replies. My e-mail to them about the original shipping of the router was replied to 5 days after the box arrived!
Hehe, yesterday they told me that my new router would be shipped in that evenings post, and arrive 3 days later. Then the doorbell rang, the DHL man was standing there with me "not yet shipped" router!
