Sad Hi all. I posted last week about the echo and/or delay that causes my conversations to be confusing (talking over one another). Now I have a new problem which may not be realted to Vonage, but I need help nonetheless.

I just installed a new cordless phone, a Panasonic KX-TG5200M. Just about every conversation I have now, especially it seems over long distances, people say I sound very quiet and far away.

I don't know what to do. There appears to be no way to turn up the mic on the phone. I'd like to trace the problem before returning the phone.

Any ideas? Is it true Vonage could turn up my volume?

Yes it is true. Vonage can raise the output volume on your adapter.
