Post subject: Vonage Dropped calls with Comcast ARRIS cable modem TM722
Hi,
I have been using
Vonage
over 8 months and I used to have Verizon DSL, I had no issues. Recently I changed my ISP to Comcast with 20 MBPS. I have been having issues with my
Vonage
phone calls. When I make call or receive call, I can't hear the voice for 2 to 5 seconds and then the call goes through fine and it keeps happening every 2 minutes. I re power the
Vonage
device call goes smooth. After a day or 2 the problem comes back. It is really frustrating Comcast guy says it is not his problem.
Vonage
support guys had no clue. I made couple of calls to
Vonage
Problem is not resolved. It is frustrating.
I have ARRIA TM722 Cable Modem from Comcast. I have my landline, internet and cable service from Comcast.
Vonage
device details
Hardware Version: 155
Software Version: 3.2.6-0.5.17

Post subject: Rebooting does not work. Line is dead, dead, dead.
I have not been able to use my
Vonage
phone, number is in Alb., NM, for a week. I have rebooted and rebooted. I live in Mexico and this is my only long distance service. Could this have to do with
Vonage
changing modems?
