OK, so I have a question if anyone knows the answer or can help me out here...
I'm living in a basement (renting) and share the internet in the house. The modem and router are set-up upstairs on the main floor with a wireless router and that's how I get my internet. I want to switch over to Vonage but am not sure on how to handle the set-up. I don't want to leave a phone upstairs with the router because I live downstairs. Is there any way of setting up my Vonage adapter while keeping all of my phone's with me in the basement. I can hook up the adapter upstairs if need be.
If I plug in an Airport Express (mac) down in the basement and plug my adapter into that, will that work?
Any advice or input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
