I will do everything in my power to help. I am also bringing more top technicians over to this forum to see if we can help move things along.
Be advise, there are some good techs and some that claim to be good.
The best way to get help is to generate an ticket and then IM me. I will do the best I can but if like 100 people IM me i might not get back right away but I will setup a callback from someone to you. |

Well, my little green light is still off. Oh well, maybe when i get back from work tomorrow i will be suprised. I wonder if i can ask for credit due to loss of service.
by the way, i have 4 tickets generated... not 1 has helped. |

I am out of the office till Tuesday. I will see what the deal is when i get in there tomorrow...I thought you said you account had the Vonage device missing from the account?
What is the MAC ID of the device you are trying to use?? |

Destination net unreachable just means that router cannot recieve ICMP traffic. Does not mean it is down. Just means that is not a pingable router. |

Well, I would like to thank VonageBest for his help. After 3 day blackout, I am finally up and running. He saved my linksys from getting run over with my truck.
I only wish Vonage would get their act together with customer support, they would make a killer company.
