Definitely! They still have not got the message that they need to beat the competitors. The old die-hard customers are dying off, and they will soon be out of business if they don't change.
I cannot see any reason to leave Vonage. The $19.99 for 500 mins is a good deal. Or $39.99 for unlimited calling anywhere in Canada and the US including Hawaii.

Primus has only recently lowered their prices. It is a pretty good deal now. I actually decided to try them out. They sent me the adapter last month, and I haven't had any problems. There was no charge for the adapter or for the shipping. I paid $0.00.
I got a statement from them on Friday for $18.34 total (taxes included) for one month.
I've decided to switch from the Vonage $39.99 plan and go with their $19.99 plan. Plus I am with Primus' $15.95 plan which gives me unlimited local calling. I use Vonage for long distance, and Primus for local now. The total comes to $35.94 and I have unlimited local. The two companies combined are awesome!
If Vonage lowers their prices, I may decide to go fully with them again. I will wait and see what happens. In the meantime it is no problem to have both. I'm saving a bit more money and the sound quality is the same from one to the other. If prices do not go down with Vonage, or at least offer unlimited local calling for $19.99, I might decide to go fully with Primus. I will give it a few months to see how it goes.
