I am sitting here typing in this message to the Vonage Canada Forum staring on the screen at a "Special Offer" label " ..a free month of service". I click on it and to my delight am informed that because of this good judgemnt I am entitled to a second free month. Unfortunately that offer only appears on the US site. These offers appears not to be available to Canadian customers. What do you guys think about all day? Do you not have any respect for your Canadian customer(albeit a prospective and increasingly doubtful one).

I would like to talk to a warm body about this. The number given on your website 1-877-272-0528 according to Bell Canada is not in service. Two strikes already. What to do?

You get the rebate when you click the coupon, then click the red maple leaf (top right of the new page).

You'll be redirected to a Vonage.ca page including the reference from the forum. I did it a few months ago and I got the rebate, a second month free.

Pour profiter du rabais, il s'agit tout simplement de cliquer sur le coupon dans le haut de page. On obtient une nouvelle page sur laquelle on peut voir une feuille d'érable rouge en haut à droite. Cliquez sur la feuille d'érable et vous vous retrouvez sur le site de Vonage.ca avec un no de référence du forum. Demeurez sur le site anglais et cliquez sur le bouton "click here to sign up online". Suivez les instructions. Je l'ai fait il y a quelques mois et j'ai eu mon 2e mois gratuit.

Merci beaucoup pour votre reponse mais I can find no reference to a rebate on the Canadian page. I go through the sign-up process and the full charge is given as C$100+. Maybe they have dropped it. Sad

Le rabais est un crédit pour votre 2e mois d'abonnement. Il n'apparait donc pas à l'inscription.

The "coupon" will be applied on your 2nd month bill at Vonage and it will be equivalent to your plan monthly bill. So it does not appear when you subscribe.

If you follow the procedure I gave you in my previous post, it should be fine unless Vonage forget to credit your second month as it happened to me. In that case you will have to call Vonage and they will credit your 3rd month.

Don't accept such a statement.

I'm a Canadian customer and I have got the 2nd month rebate.

Make sure to click the coupon from this forum and then click the Canadian Flag on the next page. Then you can sign in Vonage.ca and get your 2nd month free.

Unfortunately, none of my friends want to switch to Voip, so I could not confirm it's working Sad . BTW, does anyone know how to get a refer_id for a website? Because it looks like you have to send invitation email to a friend and put Vonage email in the CC: line. This is how they will determine how much credit you'll be eligible for.
