Anyone else think the lady that keeps coming on the line that says "Thank you for calling, all of our operators are busy, please continue to hold on the line" could sound a little more excited?

I've mentioned twice that she sounds like she's stoned on Quaaludes. The message repeats ad infinitum, and drives me insane.
