The best way to show your displeasure with Vonage is with a cancellation. Don't be frustrated and put a strain on your mental/physical health. Pounding away at Vonage on forums will not resolve your issue and nothing being said here will change your mind. It's not worth it in the long run. Just sign up with a carrier that has a contract that meets your requirements and will provide you with the service you need.
Some one suggested that talking more than 3000 min means that they don't have family life and they have to take their family out. But I pity on him/her, I think the person doesn't have parents, siblings, relatives, friends,...or they don't have proper relation with them. I think this person might have only girl friend or boy friend or *** friend, not calling to anybody else. We have strong family relations unlike you, can you believe, if a person from our family getting married means minimum 1000 relatives will attend. Give respect to other people and their culture first, the issu is UNLIMITED calling plan or LIMITED TO 3000 MIN.
Persons from Vonage are replying in this forum and saying that they are not working for Vonage. If they are not a sufferer of the calling plan why they are sending messages to this forum Unhappy with UNLIMITED (=3000min) international calling plan If they are happy with the service they won't even think about this forum.
Unlimited calling and services are based on normal residential usage in a single family household.... so this is actually 3000 minutes and that is something that as a representative we always said to the costumers... but the people dont listen to this when they are in the phone...
