i got zapped from a surge, so now i need a phone adapter. how can i get a cheap one for fast? I am in the Houston area ... does anyone have one or know where i can go? |

Check RadioShack, Best Buy, Fry's, Walmart, Target, or another electronics/superstore. |

It's a lot cheaper in ebay |

The problem with ebay, if they are used and they customer did not pay bill in full when canceling service, the device cannot be activated. |

Yes, that's true but he can ask the seller for the MAC number of the adapter and then check it with Vonage's rep if the account is delinquent or not before buying the device. |

I don't think eBay offers the speed of replacement that the OP wants. I think the OP was looking to get his/her phone service back same day. |

You'll never know. The seller could be in the same town or neighbohood. |
