I signed up to try Vonage out a few weeks ago. I got the $9.95 for the first month deal, and they sent me the router. The call quality was not quite as good as I had hoped, so I decided to cancel after about a week, and then maybe try it again when my area code was available. So, they charged my card $41.19 until they received the router back. I sent it back UPS, like they said, and it was delivered on the 21st. I am wondering, does anybody know how lont it will take them to credit my account back? I have been trying to call customer service for the past several days, to no avail. 90% of the time I get a busy signal when I try to get to the billing dept, and the couple times I have gotten through, I have been on hold forever before giving up.
This lack of customer service is making me re-think the idea of signing up when my area code is available... |

Maybe they are running behind then, because I still haven't even received anything saying they got it, but I tracked it using the label they sent me and it was delivered on the 21st. I guess I'll try to call them later tonight... |
