I am unable to reeive any incoming calls. I can call out, I can access voicemail. Just nothin incoming. I have power cycled everything, router, modem, TA and nothing.

I have called since Friday, and yesterday spent 63 minutes on hold before getting a live operator. She did not have me check anything. She gave me a choice to either use a new phone number or try fixing the old one.

Has anyone had any similar problems???

I am at wits end and am ready to jump ship. This is the worst customer service I have ever had.

Have you checked to make sure your voicemail isn't set for "instant"? Go to your account on vonage.com, click on features, then click on configure next to voicemail settings. There is a dropdown box which you select the number of seconds until a call goes to voicemail. Mine is set for 20 seconds, but if you have it set to instant, your phone won't ring.

not to state the blatantly obvious but of course make sure voicemail isn't set to "instant" in your voicemail settings.
what happens when people call your number? is this a Vonage assigned number, a temporary virtual number while your number is being ported or a ported number? what do people get when they call you? how many different lines have tried calling you?

If you called my number you would get no reply at all, the call would just end or the "all circuits are busy now"

After talking to tech support the knucklehead gave me two options. Get a new number or fix the problem.

They fianlly fixed it yesterday. Not sure what they did or what happened.

I'd like to know but at this point, having service is more important. Thanks for your replies!!!! Lol Lol
