I just wnent to the Vonage website and clicked on Manage Virtual Number. The site says I ave no virtual numbers but I have always had one in the 617 area code. When I dialed my virtual number from my POTS line it did ring on my Vonage line.
Anyone know what the deal is? |

nope. your best bet for these type of issues is to contact Vonage directly, as no one here can access your account, etc. |

It was not a number transfer. It was a 2nd number on my existing service. |

Could it be possible if your VN is still operational, but your not paying for it be a good thing? Just kidding. You might want to contact Vonage before you potentially lose the number altogether. |

Exactly, Call Customer Care...if you wait too long the number will be lost, or will be placed back in the queue and might be choose by another person. |
