Hello, I have been getting Error #004 for a while now. Tried unplugging, replugging, waiting between plugs. it has worked fine in the past, but hasn't worked for about a month.
1. my location is remote island near Kodiak, Alaska 2. ISP is Starband satellite 3. Upload and download: I couldn't get Vonage Voip speed test to work but went to speedtest.net and got 1.15Mb/S download, .07Mb/S upload, and 745ms ping 4. modem is Gilat SkyEdge ip from Starband. Our service with them is the Nova 1500 (best they offer at this point. 5. Vonage adapter model is VDV21-VD 6. Network Setup: Modem, Vonage adapter, Apple TimeCapsule, iMac 7. in our location, where phone service is not available, Vonage has worked superbly until it stopped working and are now getting the error #004 message. 8. i can't get the Vonage speed test to work for some reason.
Any advice??? |
