For over a year now, we have been having problems with this, and honestly, i just today realized what it was.
Whenever we use the internet, and make a phone call at the same time, my average ping for any application goes up to nearly 1500, and the calls constantly break up, to the point where no one can hear us. But we can hear them just fine.
I have no router installed, the Vonage device is connected to my comcast modem, then to the computer. |
