Post subject: Why don't Voicemail Emails show Caller ID?
I've been with
Vonage
for about 3 months, since CallVantage went away. I was very angry and upset to find that voicemail emails do not have caller ID information in them, just the phone number. This makes it impossible to manage all of the voicemails I receive daily.
However, in searching here, it seems that it works for others??

Is there a way that we're supposed to enable this service?
Here's an example of an email I receive:
from 1410YYYYYYY@vm.vonage.com
to "Dxxxx XXXXXX (16095551212)" <dxxxx@xxx.com>,

subject You have received a new voicemail message
