Post subject: Does anyone know who vonage is using for the CNAM lookups?
Right now when I call home from a new cell phone the cnam display is wrong and says someone else's name. Obviously, the person who previously had the line. I called T-Mobile, they fixed it in their system, I waited a day and then went to cnam.info and looked it up. It is now correct there but it is not correct when I call home. I want to contact whomever
Vonage
is now using (I know they switched about 8 to 10 months ago) and see if they can do a fresh pull of the database info.
TIA - If anyone can help!

You will have to get a ticket opened with
Vonage
Advanced Operations who will then open a ticket with the CNAM provider used for your market.
