How do I go back to the $19.99 calling plan? I called and talked to someone in customer service. . she would not do it. . then I asked for a supervisor. . was on hold for awhile. . then I swear the same person came back. . and said no again. . . could this be possible? Confused

Could be, I suppose. Why don't you try the email contact support through the forum link? I've had good luck with that in the past.
