IS there a way to set the caller ID information on my
Vonage
account?
I contacted
Vonage
several years ago to inquire about this and they may have changed it by now. When ever I make a call from my
Vonage
device the caller ID comes up as Illinois Call and the phone number. Is there a way to out my company name where the Illinois call shows up?

No... you can search the forums and read about this. It's been asked time and time again. Currently
Vonage
does not have an outgoing CNAM database with customer name information. Therefore when you call someone it will only say your telephone number. Any information put in the name field is purely by the recipient phone company. There are some false truths to that statement such as phone numbers that were ported from another carrier that are still in a caller id database at some carriers.
It's been my biggest gripe, I complain to
Vonage
techs every couple of months but so far it isn't a hot issue for them to deal with yet.
