Post subject: Port date moved up???
Hi All,
I'm working to port a few numbers to
Vonage
. The port date is scheduled for 10/23. My old carrier said someone from
Vonage
or Level 3 called, and requested the date be moved forward to 10/19. So my old carrier did so, and disconnected the number on the 20th.
So now my old carrier says that
Vonage
has the number.
Vonage
says that the number is in disconnect status, so there's nothing they can do.
Does anyone have any suggestions, or know the magic words to talk to someone at
Vonage
who can do more than read the basic script?

Vonage
can answer that since they will just look it up under the database. Anyways, how did this work out for you if I may ask?
