Post subject: phone goes down
Everyday the
Vonage
router we have causes our net to go out. On top of this it will stay out for about 30 minutes we have disconnected the
Vonage
router and hard wired our pc's into the net and they run just fine but once rehooked up our
Vonage
phone router it caused our cable modem and net to go out again and stay out for longer and longer periods od time.
anything we can do to the
Vonage
router itself? what is the IP of it? like is it 192.168.1.1 ? the model is rpt300 any ideas?

If your internet connection drops after reconnecting the RTP300, I would think the issue is with the device itself. Does
Vonage
still support the RTP300? I would highly suggest getting a new
Vonage
device.
