If anyone that has the Pap2, could you post some screen shots of the configuration screen?

The config screen can only be accessed before the unit has a connection to the internet. Once connected it becomes locked after firmware update. The only way to gain access to it is by using the "****" and the appropriate codes via a connected phone.

Would I be better off getting the router then? Is there ever a need to get into the management screens?

Personally it would be easier to change settings via a web based log on screen. But the phone system works just as easy, just not as quick. I went the PAP2 because I didn't need another router, and the reviews I had read the pap2 was mentioned fewer times for white noise/clicking the the router counterparts. I'd say keep it. Once it is set up you really don't need to mess with it.
