Post subject: Taking advantage of Vonage international rates
Hi,
I recently switch to
Vonage
. Previously I was with AT&T Callvantage (
VOIP
from AT&T). AT&T Callvantage had good rates for UK (not free like
Vonage
). From my cell phone, I used to call my AT&T Callvantage number, enter some numbers (* something + PIN) and then I will be able to place any international call. It will be billed to my AT&T account with AT&T callvantage billing rate. Is there something similar to this with
Vonage
?

You can install WoodTel's (www.woodtel.com) DialMate CM1003 on your
Vonage
line and do a bridge (great for cell phones free to call favorite numbers) to call domestic or international numbers. Nice about the unit is it can do call transfer on domestic calls so that the line does not get busy for other members of the family to use almost simultaneously.
