Post subject: I am not getting email notifications
This is a new account:
I have set up voice mail and activated email notifications including attachments, input the e-mail address and saved.
the voice mail is working but is not forwarding anything (notification or attachment) to e-mail.

Please make sure the email is not benig filtered and placed into your spam folder. You may want to add vm.vonage.com to your safe sender's list to make sure the emails will get through.

Thanks for the help.
I started receiving the e-mail notifications about four hours after initial setup. System is working fine.
I am still getting use to the
Vonage
process having recently converted from AT&T Call Advantage.
The e-mail notifications are now being received about 15-30 minutes after the voice mail was message.
The
Vonage
call quality is excellent and all services work as advertised!
