I think my Vonage is working fine now. Since last 4 days all the calls to India are good & they can hear me . All I did was reset the Vonage box as suggested by one of may friend & after that all calls were fine. If you havent tried that its worth giving it a try ..
I call Mumbai and Kolkata daily with Vonage and I never have an issue. The quility is great and has been for years.

When I call india, Out of 10 times, I will get 1 time where both hear the voice. All other times, its suck. I hate Vonage, I hate Vonage. I am looking alternate option

I am using Vonage to call India since last 3 years. My wife is on calls (to different people) at least 2-3 hours a day. We never had a single problem so far. Please check your internet connection. If you are on DSL, think of switching to cable. Also, do some bandwidth tests specifically for Voip related issues. There is no problem with Vonage service as such. I can tell you that much.
