I'm trying to move my company's phone service from att to Vonage. We currently have a PBX server running Switchvox Soho using two analog lines from att.

What do I need to make Vonage work with the current PBX I have?

Your pretty much on your own when you connect an analog PBX to the FXS ports of a Vonage telephone adapter. In theory there really should be nothing special as it should be the same as plugging the FXO ports of your PBX into AT&T.

You may run into disconnecting call issues due to variances with CPC duration. Possible a voltage difference as well. Things of this nature. There are also some things like multiple concurrent calls that wont be possible since once the telephone adapter has an active call, you cannot do much more then a 3 way conference call, call transfer, or accept a call on call waiting.

But it either works or it doesn't. Vonage does not offer any support for the PBX. If you run into problems and contact Vonage, be prepared to just connect a standard single line analog phone to the Vonage telephone adapter.Actually do that prior to contact them. If whatever is not working properly with the PBX works fine with the single line phone, no need to contact Vonage as the telephone adapter and service is working properly.

I think I need to add more specific details regarding our PBX. It is actually a tower computer running (Linux?) and has card in it called "TDM400P wctdm Wildcard TDM400P REV I Board 1" with 4 phone jacks in the back of it. The software running is Switchvox.

However, the tower has an ethernet jack on the back of it that connects it to our network.

Does this change anything?

No it doesn't. You have a Linux box running the PBX application which is fine. There are 2 types PBX's. IP PBX and Analog PBX. Analog uses the card you mention which contains FXO ports. These ports take the input of a standard analog connection like that of the phone jack in a wall. This is where the output of the Vonage telephone adapter would be connected and like I said may not be fully compatible with your PBX hardware / software.

The other type is not offered. IP PBX is basically a company offering a SIP trunking solution where they just sell you phone numbers and minutes. You provision your IP PBX to communicate with a server via IP through your servers Ethernet card. This is something Vonage does not offer since Vonage does not just sell SIP trunks anymore and does not allow a Bring Your Own Device solution. This can be done with a Vonage Softphone line but this line is a $9.99 addon to a normal account, rate plan, and a normal line attached to a Vonage telephone adapter. This softphone line only has 500 minute of outbound call usage before you start paying the overages. This method would also have absolutely no support from Vonage at all. So this would not be recommended for a business.

If you are looking for a business based IP PBX solution, you need to try companies like NexVortex or BroadVox which specialize in this area.
