I am thinking of going for the World Unlimited Plan. Can somebody answer these questions?

1. Fair Use
I currently use about 1000 minutes / month of local (USA) calling from my provider, and another 3000 minutes / month for calling India from another provider. If I switch to Vonage, will this be considered fair use?

2. International Forwarding
I frequently travel between USA and India. If I forward my USA calls to my India mobile number (Whenever I am in India), is it still covered under the "Unlimited" plan and hence free for me?

The terms of service define usage inconsistent with residential usage as "[m]ore than 5,000 minutes per line per month for unlimited residential calling". So you should be fine.

Calls that are forwarded are billed at the rate that would be charged if you called the number forwarding to. So if its included in the plan, there would be no additional charge.

I do not think the plan includes calls to Mobiles in India. It will include calls to mobiles in countries like Canada, USA, or any countries that charge for incoming calls.

This is not true. The world plan includes calls to mobile and landlines in India.

Okay. May be incoming calls to mobiles in India are not free then. If they are free, I expect Vonage to change that very quickly.

Incoming calls to mobiles in India are also free.
Let's see how long Vonage can sustain the world plan. Why do you expect Vonage to change this...you don't think their system will be able to handle all the traffic? Or any other legal problems?
