Hi,
I sent 3 refer-a-friend emails yesterday to 3 different friends and none of them received it. Today I sent one to myself at a different email address that vonage has and I didn't get it either.
Anyone experiencing such problem? or know how I can solve it?
Thanks |

It could be in the junk mail section.
When I wanted a friend to join, I did a 3 way call with Vonage and my friend and I got the 2 free months right away. |

Refer-A-Friend e-mails are not immediately sent. They are queued and can take approximately 24 hours or so to reach the recipient's mail box. So any on refers you sent yesterday, you would have to check with your friends tonight to see if they received them. As with your own refer to yourself, you would have to wait until tomorrow to confirm that you got it. |

There is another option: have your friend go to www.vonage.com/friend and enter your Vonage phone number in the box. Then you don't need to worry about the email. |
