Post subject: LNP to fast?
Anyone every have LNP done too fast? I just signed up for
Vonage
on the 15th, submitted my LOA the 16th (which
Vonage
recieved on the 17th), and I just got an email that said Jan 20th was the date.
One problem: My ATA isn't due here until the 25th, and
Vonage
assured me I would have no interruption in service when I ordered.. Looks like thats not going to be the case.

I took a number sitting in line on the support line for 30 minutes, and the Customer service rep was able to send me another device overnight (will get it 1 day after the LNP take place), but thats acceptable and well beyond what I could hope for!
I be sure to let my friends/family know about the service I've gotten from Vonage... something I've found lacking completely with my Qwest service.

If the adapter doesn't arrive in time, just log into your dashboard and set the Network Availability number to forward all calls to a number of your choosing. This way you will not have downtime.
