Post subject: rogers is still billing me two months after LNP
two months ago my number transfered from rogers, and they are still billing me. Customer service at Rogers has no idea that my number has been transfered and I'm lost as to what I can do about it.
Any ideas? Thanks

At the least, you should call them and tell them the number has been ported to another provider and cancel your billing.

Careful - Ensure the port went through 100% on
Vonage
's side before you do that. Does your port info show "Port Complete"? If so, then I would call Rogers and tell them you've ported. If not, call
Vonage
and seek assistance, you don't want to lose your number.
