Vonage customer since 2006 and I just received my new VDV21-VD router to replace the ailing Linksys.
I have the router installed after my WRT54G.
Has anyone found a way to adjust the time on the VDV21-VD?
I looked in the router settings but didn't find anything. |

It is supposed to get the date and time from an NTP server somewhere in the cloud. It normally does this when it downloads your subscriber configuration data. What date/time is it displaying? |

It's 5 hours ahead of CDT.
Luckily I can set the time and date on my phones or they'd be five hours ahead too which would screw up a few services they have. |

Check your Vonage account profile or call customer service. I think they have you in the wrong timezone. |

I finally made a call to Vonage and, even though my account settings showed the correct time zone of CDT, Vonage had it set to AKDT or Alaska Daylight Time.
All is well after John, aka Sanjay, adjusted my time zone. Thanks Vonage Help in India. |
