My WRTP54G wireless Voip router will only connect via ethernet to one computer/device in my network. My configuration is a Motorola Surfboard cable modem connected to the WRTP54G connected to a desktop computer, a Xbox360, and a Dirctv HD DVR. I also have various other computers connected wireless. Everything worked fine for a couple of years until the PSUS4 print server began causing connection problems. The print server has been removed yet only the desktop computer can connect. It does not matter which ethernet port I plug the desktop into, they all work. Not so with any other device including other computers that I've connected via ethernet. Any suggestion? |

Have you tried a hard reset of your Vonage device, holding down the reset button for at least 30 seconds? |

I had this problem with my WRTP54G a year ago...found that if I changed the Network Adaptor's "Link Speed & Duplex" on each of my 4 computers to "10Mbps/Full Duplex" (or Half Duplex) that they then worked. Don't know why, I figure the ports on the router just decided to not work right anymore.
btw, i had also tried OFF/ON, and Hard Reset. |
