I've now been running my telephone-intensive business for the past 5+ years on Vonage.
I've tried everything from Packet8 to Skype to call-forwarding services and I can say without a doubt that VONAGE has let me do what I do most effectively: Live anywhere, Travel Anywhere, Be Anywhere, while running my business successfully...I've become a global citizen. It's performed for me in the jungles of South America, the post-Soviet countries of Eastern Europe, the beaches of Southeast Asia, the cafes of Paris, the forests of Scandinavia...you name it, I've used it there.
Vonage has let me experience a life that I never thought possible...and untethered me from a soul-crunching commute and a boring, miserable life in the suburbs which I can't ever imagine going back to.
That's not to say I haven't had issues in the past. International calls do not always connect properly to Vonage virtual numbers. Calls do drop once in a while. Vonage Companion does not work as well as the Vonage router in terms of ensuring adequate voice quality.
But overall, I RELY on Vonage and it's with great joy that I heard it's working on iPhone integration.
I'm not sure what Vonage will come up with, but if Vonage can make me even more mobile by allowing me to receive clear, high-quality phone calls through the iPhone, then I'll be ecstatic.
I'd even consider buyiing some Vonage stock at current prices...as I think it will be a buy-out target if it gets the mobile integration done right. |

I bet the board at Vonage is about to jump through their skin. This is good news for all of us. Hopefully it keeps rising. |

The free calls to 60 countries was disruptive to the industry, which also helped Vonage. All of the earlier bundling was disruptive that has hurt Vonage . . .turnabout is fair play |

....if Vonage and their outsourcing clients would reward financially, the people responsible behind the scenes for keeping the customers happy? (customer service, tech support....etc) Maybe take a few of those over- marketing dollars as their financial position rises and throw them our way? Just a thought |

That's awesome. Congrats. Hopefully you sold before trading started today. |
