I bought my Vonage adapter kit at Walmart and set up the base station just fine after moving from US 110v to India 220v. The handset is a problem, though. Can't seem to charge it w/ an adapter only. Do I need a voltage converter for the handset, even though I didn't for the base station?
you should get a voltage step down converter for both; possibly with voltage regulation; electricity in India is not very stable when it comes to maintaining voltages and the fluctuations will cause damage to the power adapters over time
