Hi I have a bsnl boraband connection,i am able to access internet when i directly connect the dsl modem to my ethernet.When i try to connect the VT2442 voice gateway my internet light and my ethernet light is glowing but the phone light is not glowing and i cant access the internet.i followed the instruction provided my Vonage but still unable to coneect to internet.When i pick up my reciver of my Vonage phone i get a error incorrect netwrok settings.plz help me for this.thanks in advance

i read tht Thread but still i am getting the same prb.Do i need to make changes in my adsl modem settings.i tried gng to 192.168.15.1 and selected poppe and provided my username and password and clicked connected and later save.when i check my status is still shows be not connected.

did you clone the MAC address of the device that successfully connects to the ADSL modem?
