pbx system research

i'm a student and i need to design a telephony system
after searching in the panasonic products i discovered that the maximum number of users that can me covered is not exceeding 32 user
if the design requires 100 user, this means that i'm forced to use many PBX equipments??

Check out the Panasonic KX-TDE100. I think it supports up to 128 extensions. There are lots of other PBX vendors; most offer products of that size.

can pbx connect to other pbx inside the organization if one is not sufficient to handle all users??
