2 of the wires are for your phone line, the other 2 are for your dsl.
You need to determine which are for your dsl and leave them connected. Disconnect the other 2 and you should be good to go.
Try disconnecting 1 wire at a time and see if dsl works. If dsl works, leave that one disconnected and disconnect another. If dsl doesn't work, reconnect that wire. Once 2 wires are disconnected and dsl still works, your phones lines should be ready to be connected to

on most homes red & green are line 1 newer homes use blue & blue/white.
your easiest solution would be to move dsl to a seconds pair ie: yellow/black and leave your phones all on red / green.
this way you only have to mess with moving the wires just for your dsl at the NIC box.
at your wall jack that feeds your modem get a 2 line y adapter -- not a splitter
plug the dsl into line 2 of the jack (yellow/black) and plug adapter's phone jack into line 1 (red/green) now all your house should have a dial tone. if one jack is dead check the wiring at that jack to make sure it is not wired up to line 2 only.
with this setup you should be able to move your dsl modem to any jack as long as you use the 2 line adapter.
