Post subject: Can't log on to Vonage.com, nor receive mail from them...?
Not only is my password to my account not working, I am not receiving automated password reminders or manually generated ones from Customer Service. Am I really the only one with this issue? My mom told me I was special, but I'm pretty sure this isn't what she meant!

OK so I believe I know what your issue is. All web account usernames are stored in the database as all lower case letters even if you created a username when you first signed up using all CAPS or a mix of upper and lower case letters.
Until recently, the authentication performed on the usernames did not care about case sensitivity so you were able to log in with upper case letters in your username.
Now, when logging into your web account, your username must be entered with all lower case letters as it is now case sensitive and since all usernames are stored lower case in the database, this is all that will be accepted.
