The ping tests performed don't really show any major problem though in both the pings to 69.59.248.70 and 69.59.239.70 saw a jump in latency but not too much that it should have been a problem. But again, since the problem doesn't occur continuously, its hard to tell if the results tell you any more than you already know (that the problem doesn't occur continuously). If you run a ping with -t (instead of -n 100) the ping test will keep going until you stop it. It might be useful to start a ping test while making a call and see if you see packet loss or a really high jump in latency if/when you experience audio loss.

CSR .. After diagnosis we found that tracecert gives timeout

Any idea what the issue would be ?
We also tried connecting modem directly which again gave request time out.

Is that the issue that we getting Request Timed out is cauing the audio issue ?
Sheduled comcast to check the connection ..
