Can a call coming in on a Vonage line be "call forwarded" to a cell phone?
Please advise.
Thanks,

Thanks for your reply. 4 questions:
1) Can that incoming call from my Vonage line which is forwarded to my cell phone come from any phone company or system that "originates" it?
2) I assume I will be the one to pay for the cost of the "forwarding" to my cell phone?
3) If "yes" then I have to find out what the Vonage rates would be for a call to be forwarded outside of the USA for example PLUS what my cell phone provider is charging me for the use of the cell phone time?
4) Does Vonage have it's own Cell phone service that would cut out a lot of these complications?
Thanks,
Sy

You can actually customize your answering rule so that you can forward calls to your cell phone. Phone system's call forwarding feature provide options like forward calls to your mobile phone when a family member calls or when you are out of town direct calls to your voicemail or when you are on a meeting forward calls to another phone line with available personnel that can take the call. Ask assistance from your provider in setting up the service. |
