I currently use Qwest as my broadband carrier for my Voip and general internet use, but I really hate Qwest and want to use the City of Minneapolis Wireless through USI Wireless.

My big question is speed... I currently use Qwest Titanium (supposedly up to 12 Mbps), but it's impossible to access streaming video, etc., with 3 computers and the phone running off of that connection. USI's fastest speed is 6 Mbps, so I am wondering if it will be completely impossible to run Voip using that connection. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

6MB should not be an issue to run Vonage over. You will just need to make sure your QoS parameters are set to give Vonage the priority over the connection when a call is in place.
